Hyatt House San Juan Hotel

It's our place to stay when in San Juan! The setting is fantastic and amazing, short walk to the surrounding area, Puerto Rico and Condado.

The continental breakfast was awesome, we loved it.

The location was incredible, very close to San Juan Bay Marina. We reached downtown within 5 min walk.

It was superb base for travelling to San Juan, I was glad to stay there. Terrific service throughout my stay. There were excellent internet and easy parking available.

The room was perfect with reasonably equipped kitchen and the staff was pleasant. The breakfast had lots of food, like cereal, granola and eggs.

I appreciated that hotel's lobby was nice. Breakfast had great choices and there were eggs, granola and cereals. Lots of supplies in the room : climate control, an individual safe and a fridge. It was located in a really quiet area just next door to which is amazing for swimming and Old San Juan. Had great service.

Sweet staff, strategic location, fantastic service. The place is a few steps away from San Juan downtown. The units are immaculate, airy.

I had a real good stay here and would come here again. Convenient room and great facilities. Unbeatable location and great pool. Good food in the restaurants such as Pizza e Birra, located 10 min away.

You guys made our stay such great. Room was tasteful, staff was funny, and hotel's location was amazing. Nice garden and good pool area. Local tea, cocktails and coffee in the cocktail bar, reasonably priced parking place.

I didn't want to leave, had a delightful experience and would have stayed for longer. The food was well presented and the staff was sincere! I enjoyed that the room was fabulous and had marble-lined outdoor bathroom. Variety of food at breakfast, including fruit, eggs and bacon. Helpful service, good price value, just what was needed. Secluded location, around 10-15 minutes walk from port san juan.

It was a beautiful hotel. Spacious suite and comfy bed. Variety of food at American breakfast including eggs, granola and cereal to order.

The hotel is located in a traditional building, cool rooms. Very convienient location so close to the Pan American Pier.
